Healthy strengthening and function of the pelvic floor is imperative for bladder and bowel control and also contributes significantly to back health.

This class teaches you how to engage the muscles of your pelvic floor region in a 30 minute class designed for both men and women of all ages. 

You will receive 1:1 feedback, education and exercise progressions and regressions.

This class can be used as a way of checking in and correcting exercises you might be undertaking in the gym or at home targeting the abdominals and pelvic floor.

There will be a variety of different exercises with a focus of engaging the muscles of the pelvic floor, abdominal, legs and gluteal muscles with a relaxation and mindfulness element also included.
