Australia’s Healthy Weight Week (AHWW), an initiative of the Dietitians Association of Australia, is all about getting the right advice and support for those looking to be a healthy weight – and who isn’t?

Research shows that people who cook at home more often tend to be healthier and manage their weight better. So AHWW is about inspiring Australian adults to make simple changes towards smart eating, starting with cooking at home and choosing the right portions.
