What’s Build to Bridge Class?
An aerobic-based exercise class with an emphasis on training for Run the Bridge 2020.
This class will involve exercises designed to increase your aerobic fitness level and ability to exercise for a sustained period of time. This class is open to all members and suitable for all levels of fitness. This class will only run for the period of January and February.

We would love our members, friends and families to join us for Run the Bridge 2020.
You can walk, jog or run and distances are either 5kms and 10kms. Enter online by selecting ‘Your Health Hub’ in the team category entry.
We will be there training alongside you in the lead up to the great event and we look forward to supporting you on this journey!
