Introducing the new Arthritis Strength and Balance Program.

The focus of Arthritis Strength and Balance program is to implement an exercise program which is evidence-based, effective and considers the individual needs of participants.

This class is led by one of our Physiotherapists Kim Miller and offered on Thursdays 12:30pm – 1:15pm

This program is designed to help individuals with arthritis to develop strength, improve overall fitness and regain/build confidence in an environment that is social and supportive.

The class has a limit of 12 people.
