As we head into the colder months the days get shorter and we know that it is more difficult to get outside for daily exercise. So we have a range of early morning and evening exercise classes available throughout the week to help support you in maintaining your exercise routine during Autumn and Winter.
Our Health and Fitness Studio is a small, onsite private studio at our Bellerive Quay clinic. Our group exercise programs are led by highly qualified, committed health and fitness professionals, including Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Scientists.
We are here to assist you to achieve your health, fitness and wellness goals with group exercise classes for all ages and abilities. Memberships and casual visit options are available.
Just some of the classes available include Mat & More (a Pilates inspired Physiotherapist led class), Yoga, HIIT, Circuit and Strength 2 Strength.
