Your Health Hub is a private billing practice and fees are payable at the end of the consultation.
Fees will vary depending on the length of time you spend with the doctor, the complexity of your medical condition and the doctor you see. The fees below are indicative of fees billed by doctors in the Practice and patients should be aware that ultimately fees are determined by the Doctor at the end of the consultation.
Payment Terms
It is practice policy that all accounts are settled in full on the day of your consultation. Payments may be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit card (MasterCard and Visa card cards accepted). If you have a debit or savings card, you will receive your Medicare Rebate almost instantly.
Please note, there will be an account fee of $10 for all accounts not paid on the day.

Cancellations
From time to time, circumstances arise whereby you are not able to keep an appointment. In this event, we ask that you cancel your appointment by calling our receptionists at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows other patients the opportunity to make an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a non-attendance fee of $50.00 for a standard or $60.00 for an extended consultation which will not be able to be claimed from Medicare.
Other fees:
Other fees may be payable on the day. This could include items such as vaccines, dressings, fees for any minor surgery that is done, iron infusions etc. These are non-claimable through Medicare. Please ask reception for details.
