Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Erin grew up on a small family run dairy farm in Far North QLD in Millaa Millaa where she developed a passion for health and wellbeing. She attended James Cook University in Townsville, graduating in 2016.
Following graduation Erin worked in many rural and remote communities throughout QLD where she was able to hone in on her skills as an Exercise Physiologist. Erin’s areas of interest and expertise are Neurological, Cancer, Cardiopulmonary and Joint Replacement Rehabilitation and Women’s Health.
In her spare time Erin likes to adventure around through hiking and camping, playing sports and participating in local triathlons
She believes strongly in utilising exercise for the management of all chronic health conditions.
Erin enjoys working in a one on one environment to target client’s specific health conditions and goals.
Erin enjoys working with clients of all ages and she enjoys how exercise can improve the quality of life for all individuals.
Erin is able to see NDIS clients.
