What is Chair Yoga?
Chair Yoga is for anyone wanting to access the benefits of yoga from strength and flexibility to balance and agility, while enjoying the same calming elements of the practice.
When is it on?
Jeanette Coleman will be leading Chair Yoga Class on Tuesdays 2pm – 3pm, starting on the 14th January 2020
It is ideal for those who may not want to practice on the floor or anyone interested in adapting and supplementing their current yoga practice.
