This class is an exercise based class run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, aiming to help improve bone density, muscular strength and balance, in order to maintain quality of life and help reduce risks associated with low bone density and falls.

The class is suitable for individuals who; have have been diagnosed with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis plus those who are at risk of, and/or want to prevent developing low bone density.
