Paul provides assessment and exercise intervention to help manage or prevent chonic disease, injuries and disabilities. This is through private 1 on 1 sessions, small group classes and larger group sessions that are run through our two gyms.
Paul’s clinical interests include but not limited to musculoskeletal conditions, neurological conditions and exercise intervention for older adults. Paul has a passion for educating people on the importance of exercise for improvements in health and well-being and a better quality of life. He is also passionate about improving the health of the local community. Paul graduated in 2012 at UTAS in launceston with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and has since been practising as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
