Patient Information
Opening hours
Our opening hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Appointments
Consultation is by appointment, if you have a medical complicated history, or would like more than one simple issue dealt with at your appointment, we recommend that you book a Long Appointment
Brief Appointments are suitable for very simple consultations, such as a repeat prescription
Walk-in appointments may be accepted, however there may be a wait as priority is given to patients who have already booked an appointment.
Despite our best intentions, we sometimes run late! This is because someone has needed unexpected urgent attention. Thank you for your consideration.
New Patients
Your Health Hub is accepting new patients, for both our General Practitioners and our Allied Health Practitioners.
For our General Practitioners you can make your appointment either:
- Phone our clinic
- Book online
- Book via the HotDoc App on your smartphone or tablet
Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to fill out the required paperwork, or you can download it here and bring it in with you.
It is recommended that new patients book a Long Appointment (30 minutes) for their first visit.
